A blacklist system for discord, where only the bot owner can issue blacklist additions which then are distributed to all servers the bot is in.
.NET 7, Cross-Platform. Ideally run locally, as to blacklist someone as the bot owner, you need console-level access.
Disclaimer: Apart from my instance, these are not vetted by me in depth, as such use at your own risk. The instance owner could ban any user id.
