This setup is identically part of the rakudo and nqp repositories. The only change are the four difference are the variables at the top of `azure-pipelines.yml`: RAKUDO_CHECKOUT_TYPE NQP_CHECKOUT_TYPE MOAR_CHECKOUT_TYPE TRIGGERING_REPO
