Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Investigate adding watch mode to docs command

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to build docs in watch mode.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Can build it manually which is not a big deal, but watch mode would be better.

Additional context

Research JsDoc if this is doable; not sure why this was excluded in the first place?
