I wanted to make sure I at least had something about all parts of this code in the README so I can make an initial release. I talked with David offline and I want to get a release out with a zenodo DOI since there are a lot of ideas here I don't have documented anywhere else.

Note this only changes to the readmes as soon as tests pass I will merge it.
