Since this changes database structure, it might require redownload of the app

This pull request introduces:

• Playlist history, shows last watched episode and saves time.
• Last watched listings in DiscoverListings. Allows to quickly jump to last watched episode and remove it in a context menu
• Clear all history button in settings
• Default group variable for module developers to be able to load only the current group
• Sheet to be able to solve captcha. By developers sending a specific error with html we can solve forbidden requests
• Playlist in an upcoming status now shows the correct variant
• Last module watched is now automatically selected
