To run, enter generatePRC_PhenomenologicalMouseCircadianPacemakerModel at the MATLAB command prompt. A phase response curve will be generated showing the change in circadian phase of the model caused by a pulse of light at each circadian time. This code was developed and tested in MATLAB R2018a.
