Describe the bug
Trying to run the full set of Modernizr tests on a PS4, we get a crash.

• With webmaf 2.9.1 the app just crashes
• With webmaf 3.1.0 the app doesn't crash, but an error is thrown: RTCPeerConnection argument must be a valid dictionary
• PS5 works

How to Reproduce
Try to run all tests that include RTCPeerConnection on a PS4 with webmaf 2.9.1 or 3.1.0.

Expected behavior
An indication of feature support

• I think I have seen an old webkit bug report which might be related:

• The PS4 browser engine is Webkit 538.8
