TO make exe file and Run project in your pc without problems
- first step use the project files and bulit project in vs 2019 then bulit project
- second step use the SQL File and use microsoft sql server 20191 to export tables of database
- Third step use bulid your project and test it in vs 2019
- you can use the advanced installer to choose your project installation style and make your exe file but takecare from program prerequisites
