Summary

This PR presents the following updates:

  • Enforcing the installations within molssi's user file system instead of root
  • Adding extra lines for cleaning up conda/mamba/micromamba directories and cache to reduce the final image size
  • Adds necessary ENV variables for cleaner recipes and reflecting them in metadata
  • Updating README.md
