USER STORY: Profile Required

[MoniPar]

As a developer, I can restrict users from adding an appointment before they add their profile information so that the business owner is able access the profile information before confirming their appointment.

Acceptance Criteria

1. User is not able to add an appointment unless the fields in the Profile table are filled in.
2. If user tries to add an appointment, they get a message saying to finish updating their profile first.
3. The message has a link to their profile page.
