About The Pull Request
Ports tgstation#81661, tgstation#80012, tgstation#82412, and also creates a fix by myself that fixes #1445 (but this was removed because borbop wanted it in his IPC PR, understandably)
Closes #1545 with one of the ports, once the IPC changes are merged. Borbop asked me to remove a fix related to IPC's.
Pretty much all of these rely on the one thing borbop asked me to remove. Honestly, should this even be merged? May need to change the uh, changelog to remove the IPC related things. They'll trigger once borbop's changes get added.

fix: IPCs are unable to be absorb and escape as objectives, after the hivemind realized IPCs have no DNA.
fix: IPC firmware upgrades no longer allow a changelings transformation sting to work on them.
fix: TGUI say now shows :g as "cling".
