About The Pull Request
Does what it says on the tin, adds a new crafting book for the elance which can only be created through blood brothers picking it as their crafting option.
This acts as a revert of: tgstation#71256
Why It's Good For The Game
This item was a bit unbalanced in the hands of validhunters but in the hands of actual antagonists this weapon can serve as a fun and chaotic last resort.
