I. Adding the meta-montavista-cgl layer to your build
=================================================

In order to use this layer, you need to make the build system aware of
it.

Assuming the meta-montavista-cgl layer exists at the top-level of your
yocto build tree, you can add it to the build system by adding the
location of the meta-montavista-cgl layer to bblayers.conf, along with any
other layers needed. Adapt the below list to proper format.

  BBLAYERS:

    meta
    meta-openembedded/meta-networking
    meta-openembedded/meta-filesystems
    meta-openembedded/meta-oe
    meta-openembedded/meta-python
    meta-openembedded/meta-webserver
    mdeta-virtualization
    meta-montavista-cgx
    meta-openembedded/meta-perl
    meta-openembedded/meta-gnome
    meta-openembedded/meta-multimedia
    meta-openembedded/xfce-layer
    meta-selinux
    meta-security
    meta-cgl/meta-cgl-common
    meta-cloud-services
    meta-cloud-services/meta-openstack
    meta-montavista-cgl

II. Misc
========

The layer contains a core package group (packagegroup-meta-montavista-cgx.bb) that
should aggregate all the other available package groups.

The core image name is: default-image

meta-montavista-cgl
===================

This layer provides the support for MontaVista CGL support.

The bbappend files for the recipes provided, are only enabled when the
value 'mvista-cgl' is added to DISTRO_FEATURES.

  DISTRO_FEATURES:append = " mvista-cgl "

There is a sanity check warning if that value is missing. That can be disabled
by setting:

  SKIP_META_MONTAVISTA_CGL_SANITY_CHECK = 1
