Guide for On Disk Projects and Domino Form Builder

We are hoping that On Disk Projects (#669) and Domino Form Builder (A.K.A Tabular Interface, ##670) will be a feature that can attract Domino Designer users to Moonshine, or get other users interested in Notes/Domino. We would like to have a guide to help users discover this feature. This should include:

• How to get setup (Link HCL Notes installation Detect IBM/HCL Notes Client for Domino Support #667, Update Site Automate Building Update Site for On Disk Projects #689)
• How to create a new Form
• How to build and view the Domino database

This will also be a good chance to review that everything is working properly and clearly in Moonshine - it has been a few months since I did a fresh setup for On Disk Project.

We will also want documentation for these features once they have been merged

• Domino Visual Editor: Notes/Domino support needs to be added to this section of Moonshine IDE for native support #646
• Generated Royale Interface: Flex or Royale UI Based CRUD on Tabular Interface #704
