v4.5.2-rc1

This release adds support for changing the filepath to the psuedo operation definition file, allowing for some customization as far as which instructions are implemented.

Still to do in this release:

• clean up the UI
• confirm that resetting the value to default works as intended
• create some sample pseudoop files (maybe)

Other than that, it should be mostly ready for use

The "Run" menu has been renamed to "Avengers" so that assembling programs can be accomplished from the Avengers > Assemble menu item.
