v1.0.1 - Logging improvements

Logging has been improved, more useful debug messages are being produced to track application flow.
The config was slightly changed to allow for a better structure. Additional context values can been added to the logz.io hook, allowing for further distinguishing in the logging backend.

v1.0.0 - Initial release

First somewhat ready release featuring POS fuel monitoring and basic Discord commands.
The release includes several cross-compiled files for linux and windows systems, both x86 (aka _386) and x64 (aka _amd64).
