CryptDriftR

R package to fit intestinal crypt clone count data, as well as tools to simulate or calculate stem cell drift in the intestinal crypt.

To install use:

library(devtools)
install_github("MorrisseyLab/CryptDriftR", build_vignettes = TRUE, force = TRUE)
