Support new Macbook Pros with a camera notch

Currently Dozer does not play nice with the camera notch on new Macbook Pros. Icons get hidden beneath the notch whenever Dozer is active and there are many icons. When Dozer is not active, the default behavior is to use the available space to the right of the notch for icons, bunching them up more as more icons are added. This makes sure icons are not hidden.

Could you add support for Macbooks with a notch?

Bartender requires too many permissions for a closed source app. I really want to get rid of it.

Yes, please! I would love this feature! For its purpose Bartender is WAAAY too expensive.
