This was required to call x264 as an option in movie_extpipe
Setting up tzdata (2018g-0ubuntu0.18.04) ... debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Dialog debconf: (TERM is not set, so the dialog frontend is not usable.) debconf: falling back to frontend: Readline
This is breaking the build, so removing it for now.

i've been running this docker container for a few days and it's been reliable.
autopoint is added as a package, as this appears required under latest git source
timezone selection works well, with location set as a docker ENV variable (as per readme)
Been a while since we changed this though
