Follow-up to #7502

There's a whole bunch of "zero vote" records in the database (select * from wagtailpages_productpagevotes where vote_bins='0,0,0,0,0';) but as far as I can tell, they're not actually linked to any products (anymore?).

When we have time for cleanup, we should see if we can safely remove those records from the database.
