Set up open workbench

We want a place to openly track our work on IoT. This should also be a place where others can contribute questions, assets and tasks.

Requirements:

• Viewable by anyone without login
• Editable by anyone, likely with login
• Version control
• Ideally using tools that are already part of Mozilla's workflow
• Can display or link to static content that explains what the IoT work is.

Possible solutions:

• Github (this repository)
• Wiki
• Other?

I'm enjoying using Github Issues at this stage. @ileddigital shall we give it a go here, and sort out #16 (landing page) in parallel, as that might be a different kind of site / "front door/window" for our work.
