Sounds a bit like it would be a blog or something, in which case, I like @hannahkane's suggestion, or continuing to use the ghost blog we have setup. However, we should probably start with a list of what should be on that page. Building a similar page for research, it was useful for the design team to identify exactly what the content was and who it was for when I asked for help. e.g.
