1.2.6 Changes

• Add Email notification when event processing fails. Email content can be customized by modifing the template in EmailTemplates folder.
• Add Site Handler. Has methods to get Site Domain, General Settings, TimeZone
• Enable Subnav links for Marketing, Sitebuilder, Settings,Locations, Publishing, Reports
• Update Mozu API SDK version to 1.16.0
