Pre-V3.7.1 - MHIG Edition

What's Changed

• Bugfix in GEM
• Too many to really list them all.
• MHIG - MIB1 Harman High - support added to M.I.B
• LIVE patch function for MHIG introduced - no need for pre-made poatch files anymore
• Most scripts and basic M.I.B function had to be updated to enbale MHIG support. Also adding support for old MHI2 trains versions
• MHIG has its own GEM menu structure
• LOG file moved within backup folder
