Ignore parser exceptions

An option could be added to tell the parser not to throw an exception when it find an error.

For example:

new EnvParser()
    .IgnoreParserExceptions()
    .Parse(" ");

Or with the loader:

new EnvLoader()
    .IgnoreParserExceptions()
    .Load();
