It would be nice if you could change the default character that represents a comment:

new EnvLoader()
     .SetCommentChar(';')
     .Load();

new EnvParser()
     .SetCommentChar(';')
     .Parse(envFile);

Now the .env file could look like this:

; This is a comment.
KEY1=VALUE1
KEY2=VALUE2
