Apple-HomeKit-Wunderground-Weatherstation

This represents a Solution to add any Wunderground Wetterstation to HomeKit using ioBroker and Node-Red.

Requirements

• Running ioBroker Instance

• Installed Node-RED Adapter

• Installed YaHKa-Adapter

• Configured Weatherstation ID to Share Data with Weather Underground or ID from any Station to use For Example a Sainlogic Profi WLan Weatherstation

• Wunderground API-Key

Create objects in ioBroker

Please create the following datapoints in ioBroker

  |- Yahka_Devices
     |- Wunderstation
        |- humidity (Percent)
        |- rain (Boolean)
        |- temperature (Float)

Import example into Node-Red

Import the following nodes into Node-Red and change the objects to your needs

Configure YaHKa

Add a new device and add the following:

(If not already done) Add the YaHKa-Bridge in the Home-App to your HomeKit devices

For this, klick in the YaHKa-Adapter configuration on the ioBroker-HUB and use the configured pin to add the bridge to HomeKit.
