New command argument

Added --ignore-cwe= to ignore certain vulnerabilities and to exit with code 0 instead of 1.

Common update

• Replace prepublish script with prepack: https://yarnpkg.com/advanced/rulebook/#packages-should-use-the-prepack-script-to-generate-dist-files-before-publishing
• Update Yarn 2 release, plugins and project's dependencies.
