✨ Disable mouse to loop

Feature Request Description

Great work so far! Though I know Loop is designed with the use case of management via the mouse, there are some users who have come from other tools like Rectangle and are more keyboard oriented. It would be nice to ad an option disable the loop detection by mouse so that subtle mouse movements while typing won't trigger the loop snapping. It also might free up CPU usage?
