I suggest incrementing a major version of quinn in a new release. Dropping spark 2 is a big change. Also, a CI/CD should be allined

@SemyonSinchenko - yea, don't think we should merge this. This PR is just to see if quinn is working with Spark Connect. It would be great if we could run a Spark Connect branch as part of CI/CD. |
