"Invocations" is spelled wrong on the appeal detail page. I think Allan had been playing too much Warhammer or something.
Invocation detail page also has a lot of extra information that'd probably be useful if it was accurate:
'''The exemption was invoked improperly and has not been appealed.'''
So right now, invocations are pretty binary (properly invoked, not properly invoked). Since this is currently under appeal there's no way of actually knowing that, and there should be a third null state. Also, this invocation of the exemption was appealed, and I can't see anywhere that that's being tracked. Probably the simplest thing to do is add a third null state in the properly invoked/not properly invoked tick mark, set everything to null, and just dropped that sentence from the overview page.
Right now, when a request is able to be appealed, the language "You may follow up with the agency or appeal their decision." shows up with appropriate links. In an effort to make the appeal functionality more obvious to users, the language should be changed to "You may follow up with the agency or appeal the decision. If you appeal, MuckRock staff can review the rejection and help write an appeal."
On the next page, it shows "Need help? Search MuckRock's datbase of exemptions and language you can use to appeal them. If it's not in our databse, tell us how your request was rejected and we'll help you write an appeal" That should be "Need help? Search MuckRock's database of exemptions and language you can use to appeal them
If it's not in our database, we'll help you write an appeal letter from scratch."
Change the button from "Submit Information" to "Get Appeal Help"
On the next display, change "What language did the agency use to invoke the exemption?" to "Why do you think your request was improperly denied?"
Change the "Submit Exemption" button to "Request Appeal Help"

A number of hopefully pretty small tweaks.
