MudTreeViewItem - child nodes with the same name when clicked, the first node with the same name is selected, not the clicked node

I have a MudTreeView using an Item Template. My Item data contains child nodes that have the same name as other branches.
For example:
Root

• Child1
  ** Car
• Child2
  ** Car
• Child3
  ** Car

If I mouse click on the Car node under Child2 or Child3, the Car node under Child1 is selected and becomes the activated item.

The xml:

            </MudTreeView>

I also tried

This also resulted in selecting the first "One" node when clicking the second One Node and selecting the first Two child node when selecting the second Two child node.
Any idea on a way to make the click actually select the correct node?

The TreeItemData class is below. I attempted to resolve the issue by implementing IComparable and IEqualityComparer but to no avail.

My hacky solution for this was to add a property to my TreeItemData
public int TitleUniquer { get; set; }
and change it's Title property to:
private string _Title = string.Empty;
public string Title
{
get
{
if (TitleUniquer > 0)
{
return _Title + new string(' ', TitleUniquer);
}
return _Title;
}
set
{
_Title = value;
}
}

This appends space characters to the Title. I then kept a dictionary of node names key and value integer unique number and alters the TitleUniquer property as TreeItemData nodes are added.
