MudToolTip wouldn't disappear after clicked in android browsers or app #5075

What happened?

When you clicking the element inside MudToolTip and try to open an element over (for example : MudOverlay), The tooltip doesn't disappear in android browsers.

Expected behavior

Tooltip should disappear after clicked.

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a MudToolTip
  2. Put a button in it and open a MudOverlay
  3. The tooptip still visible

This bug only exists in touch environment.
