Link-Shrinker-Bot

Make short link by using any of GPlink, exe.io, afly.in an other API key

Deploy on heroku

BOT_TOKEN: Create a bot using @BotFather, and get the Telegram API token.
SHORTNER_API: Create any shortner account then get this value from any shortner API
SHORTNER_URL: get the value from https://yourdomain.com/member/tools/api but this should be like this: https://yourdomain.com/api?api={}&url={}&format=json
WELCOME_TEXT: Add your beloving text what you want to add in /start command
HELP_TEXT: Add text what you wanna show in /help text
MAINTAINER: Add your @username and it will be shown in bot
