Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:

Mudlet 3.7.1 doesn't remember the windows size when it is finished. It starts always with a smaller windows and I have to resize it new.
I didn't have this problem on previous version (3.6.1).

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

  1. Open Mudlet
  2. Change main window size
  3. Close and open mudlet again

Error output / Expected result of feature

It starts with default window size.

Extra information, such as Mudlet revision/repo/branch, operating system and ideas for how to solve / implement:

MacOS High Sierra (10.13.2).

🤔 I wonder if that is a side-effect of the updater code - the flow of execution gets a bit twisty now at the end and it is different on all three main platforms so it could easily be a macOs only issue but it could be that the save size and position code is getting bypassed...

I'm afraid I'm not getting this problem:

Do you have the same?

Yes, it looks like you don't have this problem.

OK. How does the same look like on 3.6.1?

I don't have this problem on 3.6.1. Mudlet remembers all window size and adjustments.

Yes, could you please make a video?

Just asking because information here is unclear already - at first the issue was about the Mudlet window size, now miniconsoles size is involved - it's easier to understand what is wrong from a video :)

Miniconsoles size wasn't my point, I was changing this manually all the time.
Here is 3.6.1:

OK, so for consistency, same thing on 3.7.1, just to rule out that miniconsoles aren't involved?

3.7.1 doesn't save window size and position on a desktop. With 3.6.1 everything works perfect and miniconsoles as well, so I don't know if it's the same code or something different.

I'd like to get the same size of window as on the screenshot but 3.7.1 always starts in the same place and size as you can see:

This extends beyond the main window. I see the same thing happening when I open the Scripts or Triggers or what have you. And I checked, it definitely happens whether or not you have a profile auto-connect on startup or not. (on MacOS v. 10.13.2)

I'm also getting this bug on 3.7.1 (MacOS v. 10.13.1). The script window AND the main window default to a very small size and reset on program close.
