Remove default padding on left side of genome browser track

There is by default a 20px track offset on the left side of genome browser tracks. Maybe this was meant for axis labels? But I can't find anything that uses this space. A margin container can be used to get a margin around a genome browser, so I would propose to set the left track offset to 0px instead of 20px.
