Add support for RHEL based distros:

  • CentOS Stream 9
  • Rocky 9

TBD:

  • Ansible cache may affect the creation of a new cluster with a different distribution (but the same name), so it is important to ensure that the cache properly handled after destroying the cluster.
  • HAProxy Ansible role has to be updated to support these new distributions.
  • Rocky Linux can be inconsistent when no static IP is set, as IPv4 is not always returned after provisioning.
  • Update docs to reflect the changes
