Adds a form for letting users help with feedback. It is shown only at the first run of the tool, but can be explicitly requested with the --feedback flag. Resolves: #6 Signed-off-by: iosifache <georgeiosif@live.com>

Adds a form in the first run of the CLI for letting users become a tester.
Possible Solution
In
cli.py, check if it is the first run of the tool (eventually by creating a hidden file) and show a basic form (description and one input for the email address). The latter could be then sent by the user to our Google Cloud Function (already implemented for the website) to store the email in a Firebase database.Contact Details
