Consolidate NuGet packages #1672

Playing with builds on a slow VM. I noticed that we are using different versions of the same NuGet packages around the project.

Would be nice to consolidate the packages and make sure that all projects follow each other.

Maybe look into Paket to keep all packages in line of each other.

And also consolidate the test project to only have a native and a Forms project to test.
