Update Tabbar.axml and Toolbar.axml classes due to unknown nuget packages.

✨ What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update...)

• TipCalc sample will design and run correctly without errors. (unknown packages on app start).

⤵️ What is the current behavior?

• Tabbar.axml and Toolbar.axml produce "Could not load controls from the Android Support Library".

🆕 What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

• No errors during design.
• Application runs as expected.
