#You see nothing, or nothing much? Leave it running, and go AFK a while
#you think you can turn off firewall rules? Pointless unless you use firewallx (not a sales pitch the basic version is free software and works - only limitation being it uses an array and has no logging/database/reporting/elevation). You disable something, 10 minutes later, or next reboot, it overrides, and then it renames itself something else if it is blocked continuously.
