Consolidate versions of a campaign into a Dashboard view

This is part of EPIC: MI Workflow Redesign #270

This story is about allowing curators to arrive at a consolidated version of a campaign—the Dashboard view—as the only central view of the entire ‘family’ of a campaign, including the latest published version, any edits, details, DOIs, and history.

• A single representation or the “Dashboard view of things”
• This should be view that can be repurposed for Platforms Consolidate versions of a Platform into a Dashboard view #383 and Instruments Consolidate versions of a Instrument into a Dashboard view #385
• Name of the campaign:
  • If unpublished, use latest draft short name
  • If published, use last published short name
• Tabs associated with campaigns:
  • Published. Reserved for published content (read-only) to make clear distinction between what is published vs. still in progress. Campaign Dashboard-Published: Display latest published campaigns #377
  • Edits [with status]. Shows in progress drafts. Assumes you can only create one edit draft at a time. Campaign Dashboard-Edit: Display current updates #378
  • Details. Campaigns only - Shows deployments and associations - IOPs, significant events, CDPIs associated with the published campaign.
  • DOIs. Campaigns only - Shows the Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) associated with the campaign - Campaign Dashboard-DOIs: Display DOI recommendations #381
  • History. This is the aggregated history for the whole campaign and its associated items. History tab only shows changes, not the totality of the record after the change. Campaign Dashboard-History: Display past versions and associations #382
