Context

This is part of EPIC: MI Workflow Redesign #270

This issue covers the associated IOPs of a campaign deployment

• IOP stands for Intensive Operation Period an individual time frame, within a deployment that signifies a highly focused effort by investigation scientists and staff.
• There may be one or more IOPs within a single deployment.
• Though similar in design, there are separate issues for Significant Events, and CDPIs

Only see one version of the same IOP at a time whether published or in-progress

• IOP accordion title: IOPs (X Published). The count here is the total # of published IOPs, not all the drafts associated with an IOP. By default, the IOP accordion is open.

• Each IOP includes the Status, IOP Name, Last Published date, Lasted Edited date

• All published IOPs allow user to View. Unpublished IOP and updates allow users to Edit

• Unpublished Flow

  • If no IOPs, show empty state message There are no IOPs yet

  • When saved, draft moves to In Progress
  • When saved, draft moves to In Review
  • When requested, draft moves to In Admin Review

• Published Flow

  • If a user wants to edit a published IOP, they first need to view it and then click Edit.

  • When saved, draft moves to In Progress diff view
  • When saved, draft moves to In Review diff view
  • When requested, draft moves to In Admin Review diff view
