Create new Training page

@jordanpadams I had already begun work on this iteration of incorporating the new materials, and the rest should take less than a day. There are still other materials to be delivered by the PO for this page, though, so it wouldn't close this parent task.

@c-suh sounds good. i turned this into an Epic. can you create the individual tickets that should be children of this? e.g. incorporate materials x,y,z for this sprint, and then we can work on incorporating materials i, j, k through another ticket when we get the content?

📆 June status: New task added to the schedule in June. This effort has been ongoing in the background, but wanted to get some traceability here. awaiting customer / collaborator input to get refined end date

@jordanpadams will do on asking Sheri about a rollout date and letting her know that we are tracking this here.

Most recently, she's asked some PDS users to review the page, and we are making changes based on the feedback. (I've just created a ticket for it.) She's still waiting to hear back from some of the reviewers. The plan after this round of reviews is for another round of reviews with a wider audience, moderated by @edwardbarraza.

@c-suh can I be looped in when the second part is taken into account? These pages will change as part of the web modernization effort. I want to avoid over-designing this page now, and then having to do it all over again in a year.

@jordanpadams, for clarity: I'm understanding the "second part" is the next round of reviews involving Edward, not the remainder of the current reviews. And, yes, I will loop you in when this happens.

Sheri got back with a rollout date: she is planning for this page to go live (with a few "Coming Soon" entries) by August/September, in time for the DPS conference in early October. She also likes how we've been tracking changes and says thank you for sharing this.
