Here's branch: updated-deploydocs for the PR.

A couple of the issue you pointed out:

• Launching mariaDB: . I've removed this from docs as this is done already through docker YAML
• Using JFrog repo is an issue...: Switched this for DockerHub
• Deploying the build to mipl-docker1 machine requires LDAP and MIPL access: This is something I still need to sort out since this VM requires such priviliges..
