User-submitted DOI records have been observed to contain fields that are not fully supported by the DOI Service's parser, and hence can be lost during a submission. The aim of this ticket is to improve parsing support for the following:

  • Parsing, storing and writing of the "affiliation" field for creators
  • Parsing, storing and writing of any number of "relatedIdentifier" entries
