CCB-290 Add value 'Field Campaign' to Investigation_Area type enumerated value list.

When Investigation.type was updated to include the value 'Field Campaign' (CCB-242), Investigation_Area.type also needed to be updated to include 'Field Campaign' in order to allow usage of Investigation context products of type Field Campaign within product labels.
