New DD_Associate_External_Class class identified
Continue to work various bugs and enhancements needed to ensure this does not break the rest of the system

The xpath is not valid in the schematron file. The definition of <Internal_Reference> is not complete in the XML Schema file.

The externally referenced class is now inherited with its original namespaces and with all components.

When using the DD_Associate_External_Class to create an Abstract class, a rule should not be created to validate any attribute of the abstract class. A rule will be created for the attributes of the subclass of the abstract class.
