Documentation Get Started page provides an outdated link for wms imagery.

Old: https://neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/wms/wms?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.3.0

New: https://neo.gsfc.nasa.gov/wms/wms?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.3.0

gsfc has dropped "sci" subdomain

It is also wrong in the WMS example file: https://github.com/NASAWorldWind/WebWorldWind/blob/develop/examples/WMS.js
MATLAB has the wrong address listed too in their WMS database.
