Make the memory allocation for the Jetty servlet container user configurable. The setup script should present a menu allowing the user to (re)configure the memory allocation.

Add a 1.5GB memory allocation option. The options should include:

  • 512MB
  • 1GB
  • 1.5GB
  • 2GB
  • 4GB
  • 8GB
